Corrective action as a component of continuous improvement was the focus of a group presentation that included MATT GROVE, Stucki’s vice president of regulatory compliance, at the recent AAR Quality Assurance Industry Conference in St. Petersburg, Fla.

The presentation, titled “Root Cause Analysis Workshop,” emphasized the AAR’s 5-step Corrective Action Process.

Matt’s portion focused on organizations that have navigated the process successfully.

“I also covered the documentation needed to show that any non-conformities are correctly identified and addressed,” he said.

The three-day event included updates from technical committees, hands-on workshops, and Q&A sessions with industry experts.
