A. Stucki Co. recently announced the appointment of MICHAEL DELFIN as chief commercial officer.
In his new role, Mike will lead sales, marketing, customer service and pricing for Stucki. He will also be responsible for the company’s commercial strategy and sales force effectiveness.

Mike joins Stucki with more than 30 years of management experience in business development and sales. Most recently he was executive vice president and chief commercial officer with Peterson Spring/Dura-Shiloh, where he managed $1.3 billion in revenue from the production of engineered components, advanced formed products and complex assemblies.
Before that he was vice president of business development for the Agrati Group, a manufacturer of fasteners and components solutions, and held sales, business development and engineering leadership roles at Tinnerman Engineered Products and its predecessor, Eaton Engineering Products.

Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Lawrence Technological University and has completed additional training from the Center for Creative Leadership at the University of Michigan. He and his wife, Patricia, have two adult children and live in suburban Detroit, Mich.
