A. Stucki Company has announced the appointment of Stacy Waltz as chief human resources officer.
Stacy will report directly to Ron Port, chief executive officer. She will be responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy, including workforce optimization, diversity and inclusion, succession planning and labor practices and policies.
“Stacy is an accomplished and results-driven leader with experience in transforming organizations, driving cultural excellence and aligning HR strategies with business goals,” said Ron Port, chief executive officer.
“Her track record of navigating complex business transformations, fostering diverse and inclusive workplaces and building high-performing teams will help build a future-ready workforce to support our growth and long-term vision.”
Stacy was most recently global vice president of human resources for aerospace, defense, and marine at TE Connectivity, where she led HR initiatives across a global scale.
Prior to that she was global talent effectiveness director for Rockwell Automation in Milwaukee, Wis., and served as a human resource business partner for Kohl’s Corporation, also in Milwaukee.

Stacy graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She and her husband, Matthew, live in Milwaukee.
