A. Stucki Co. recently announced the hiring of RICK CLARY as vice president of human resources.
Rick comes to Stucki from The Lubrizol Corporation in Cleveland, Ohio, where he was senior HR director for global operations.
“Stucki has grown to include four business divisions and multiple locations,” said JOHN O’BRYAN, chief executive officer. “Rick’s extensive knowledge and years of experience with major corporations made him the ideal choice to lead our human resources department.”
Rick spent 18 years in HR management positions with Parker Hannifin Corporation. Before that he worked in human resources for such world-class brands as Pepsi, Stanley Tools and General Electric.
“One thing that impressed me about Stucki is the people,” said Rick. “They’re smart, down-to-earth, and passionate about the rail industry.
“With the growth of the organization, there is an exciting opportunity to establish programs and procedures that will align with our vision to build and lead world class teams striving for excellence in safety, quality, service and respect for people,” he continued.
Rick holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in human resource management from The Ohio State University. He lives with his wife, Kelly, and their two daughters in Aurora, Ohio.
