Stucki’s team in Atibaia, Brazil, recently achieved a significant safety milestone.

The shop, which reconditions a number of rail parts – including draft gears, couplers, yokes and turbochargers – celebrated completing two years without a recordable injury.

“It’s a tremendous achievement and a testimony to their dedication to workplace safety,” said JESSICA STRAITIFF, senior director of environmental, health and safety.

Jessica, who joined Stucki in early 2025, said the company’s focus is on making the manufacturing process better, safer and more efficient or everyone.

“At the end of the day, our people are our greatest asset,” she said.
