[PITTSBURGH, PA] A. Stucki Company announced today that it has acquired RJ Rail Services, LLC located in Kansas City, MO. The business will be integrated into their American Industries operation. Once completed, the new division will operate as American Industries Midwest.

“This is a very exciting time for our business,” said Bill Keifer, president of A. Stucki Company. “The acquisition will enable us to expand our very successful American Industries business into the Midwest by offering reconditioning services for freight car components, as well as serving as a distribution center for other A. Stucki Company products,” he said.

Randy Haan, founder and president, for RJ Rail Services, will remain with the company as general manager for the new American Industries Midwest, and be responsible for all sales and services at the Kansas facility.

American Industries, located in Sharon, PA, is a wholly owned subsidiary of A. Stucki Company.
